Since 1853 want your purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made via an insured, secure delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing a unique tracking reference number and URL to allow you track your parcel
- All orders require a signature upon receipt
- Orders are sent out in secure, protective packaging, designed to protect your watch from accidental damage. However if upon receipt of your parcel there is any visible damage, please notify the delivery company immediately before signing for the parcel. Please then inform our customer service team on 0844 911 1853* with the full details. Insurance claims cannot be processed against the delivery company if this procedure is not followed
- Bearing in mind that all watches are built to order, your watch will normally be delivered in
approximately 8 weeks** via a secure delivery service. Upon placement of your order we will give
you the expected delivery date and we will notify you of any deviation (early or late) from
this date
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched
- To help prevent fraudulent transactions, items can only be dispatched to the cardholder's billing address. Under no circumstances will Since 1853 Ltd deliver to an address other than the cardholder's billing address
