Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Since 1853 Ltd can ship your purchase to any destination worldwide using an appropriate secure delivery service. Please see our Delivery Info page for further details
Q: How do I pay for my purchase?
A: We accept all major Credit/Debit cards when purchasing through our website. Your payment will be processed through WorldPay and the transaction will show on your statement as www.since1853.co.uk
Q: How long will it take before I receive my watch?
A: Bearing in mind that all watches are built to order, your watch will normally be delivered in approximately 8 weeks via a secure delivery service. Upon placement of your order we will give you the expected delivery date and we will notify you of any deviation (early or late) from this date

Q: How long do I have to return a purchased item from your website?
A: At Since 1853 we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. We pride ourselves in our after-sale service. If you have bought an item through www.since1853.co.uk and you wish to return it back to us, then you have 7 days in which to do let us know in writing prior to returning the item. Once Since 1853 have received the items, only then can a refund or exchange be given

Q: Can I return a product, exchange a product or get a refund?
A: We are also happy to exchange any defective items or give a refund of the cost of the goods. Any exchanges arising due to changed customer requirements (e.g. different watch model/variant) will incur an additional delivery charge

Q: Is your website secure?
A: This Site takes precautions to help maintain the privacy and security of your information. For example, you are required to enter a valid Email address and Password before any personal information can be displayed. Also, if there is no activity on a page within a 30 minute period, the Site automatically logs you off. When that happens, you need to log on again using your Email address and Password

To help us provide the best possible service, we may collect and maintain certain information regarding, for example, the products you purchase, and your billing and delivery information. However, we protect and enforce the confidentiality of this information very strictly, and under no circumstances will we sell or rent it to other businesses or third parties. Q: Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
A: Items can only be dispatched to the cardholder's billing address, to help prevent fraudulent transactions. Under no circumstances will Since 1853 Ltd deliver to an address other than the cardholder's billing address

Q: Are receipts sent with purchases?
A: A receipt is included with every order and this will be your proof of purchase. Your receipt will contain all the information relevant to your order, such as your name and address, the product(s) purchased, their price, delivery charges and the total amount paid. Please refer to your receipt in the event of a return

Q: How can I find a particular watch?
A: Our website has been designed so that you can narrow down your search to find the exact watch that you're looking for. You can search by selecting the relevant features, such as the maximum price, the case/strap materials, face colour etc. and whether the watch is for him or her. If you already know the reference number, you can search directly using that

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once you have placed your order, you can then track it's progress by logging in to our site and going to your Control Panel page.

Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing a unique tracking reference number and URL to allow you track your parcel

World Aerobatic Championships

REVUE THOMMEN www.Since1853.co.uk were proud to be Official Timing Partner of the World Aerobatic Championships held at Silverstone Circuit from 20-29th August 2009

This prestigious and thrilling event was graced by over 60 of the best aerobatic pilots in the world competing for Technical and Freestyle Championships

In each championship, Since 1853 presented the top three pilots with a REVUE THOMMEN Airspeed watch in recognition of their achievement

Our competition to win aerobatic flights at the World Aerobatic Championships was drawn on 18th August 2009 and the prize winners enjoyed a once in a lifetime day out at Silverstone
