If, having taken delivery of your order, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase(s), Since 1853 will provide a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the watch(es) being returned to us within 7 days of receipt
We are also happy to exchange any defective items or give a refund of the cost of the goods. Any exchanges arising due to changed customer requirements (e.g. different watch model/variant) will incur an additional delivery charge
In order to comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, returns authorisations (for either refund or exchange) must be requested IN WRITING to our customer support department. If you wish, you may also inform us of your intentions via email to info@since1853.co.uk or call us on 0844 911 1853 BUT actionable instructions must be made in writing
We will then e-mail you a returns document, which you should complete and return with the goods. Goods that are to be returned should reach us within 7 days of receipt of your returns document. Any returns or exchanges falling outside these terms will be refused. Any returns without authorisation may also be refused
Returns and exchanges must be in new, unused and unworn condition and with all original packaging material, warranty cards and instruction booklets. All items returned will be closely inspected. A report of the condition of the item is passed on to our customer support department so a refund can be given where appropriate.
